Aceto Aromatico

Known as the “Aceto dei Sette Ladri”, Santa Maria Novella’s Aceto Aromatico holds an air of mystery: a legend tells us that each of the seven thieves knew only one of the ingredients required for its preparation. Today, it is offered exclusively as a collector’s item, a symbol of an ancient tradition.
